  I'm editing this review today after one year. Last year I gaved them 5 star because of awesome service and great quality and quantity of food but what have happened to this franchise I don't know it's been getting worse day by day. The employees whom they call as sandwich artist are the real destroyers as even after instructions they tried their best to make as worst as they can. The main part of sandwich was nowhere that is sauces almost zero to no sauce like are you serious why participating in a deal if you can't afford or can't make it as it said. Even after selecting extra and regular sauce there was nil sauce. Train your employees and show them what regular means and what extra means.

  Disappointing experience at Subway. The tomatoes were unripe, green, and hard. When I mentioned it, the employee refused to admit anything was wrong and acted like it was normal. Not impressed with the quality or service.

  There is no option for minus rating or else this place and their customer service they deserve that....rude behavior no basic civility... issue with food handling hygiene contaminating different meat with same gloves and when acknowledged them give rude response.... unacceptable...

  I visited Subway yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member was not attentive at all and didn’t seem interested in serving customers. When we asked about the BOGO offer, she didn’t provide any help or proper information. Due to the lack of service, we had to leave and go somewhere else. Really disappointed with the experience.

  Went to Subway and had a small mix-up with my order, but Meenu was really nice and remade it for me without an issue! Appreciate her help. Overall, a good experience. Will come back!
