    I saw something online about the cheesy burritos coming back, so I thought I would give Taco Bell one More shot, I am never ordering or going to one ever again, not only did all my food arrive broken, half of it's wrong and have to order is missing, I couldn't even confront them because they took over 45 minutes to make my order and then I had to have it delivered by the time I found all of this out they were closed. Going to be giving them a call tomorrow about this and be taking pictures because this is absolutely unacceptable almost $30 down the drain for half my stuff and it's not even edible.

    When ordering in store it says to place order via kiosk, then the kiosks don’t work so we switch over to another kiosk, pay and sit down while we wait. Come to find out 15 minutes after sitting down someone comes to ask if we had been waiting for an order, then they tell us they never received it. To which we have to wait even longer. Meanwhile one of the ladies working is sitting at the counter giggling with a customer, not taking an order or helping her fellow co workers just talking with a guest or an uber eats worker.

    horrible experience. gave us an unfilled bowl and the smallest chilli cheese burrito i’ve ever had. i’ve had this item at many different locations where it was normally sized whereas here it was miniature. the man at the counter even laughed when handing it to me so it was clear he knew how ridiculous the portions were. i then asked them to remake it properly as this is not $5 worth of burrito to which they then argued with me and were very rude. horrible location they need to close down.

    The drive-through took an extremely long time. The staff member serving us had a poor attitude and was not clear when instructing us to go inside to place our order. When we asked again for clarification at the drive through speaker the response was, “I have asked you to come in.” If our car had been waiting for a long time, it’s reasonable to assume we may not have heard the instruction clearly the first time. After we placed our order inside, we were told to wait at the front of the building. We did so for about 15 minutes, but no one came out with our food. When I went back inside to check, our order was already sitting on the counter and was cold. It’s unclear how long it had been there. If staff are unable to keep up with orders, additional training or more staffing may be necessary. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

    I know it’s January 1st. But come on. If you are short on products you have to advise the clients before taking the order and serving wrong food to clients. Laterally 95% of food ordered was all wrong and they are hiding without telling you that they do not have. They just serve you and want you to leave and good luck after. Seriously corporate has to get in there and investigate this place. Employee nice but should advise that they are short on produce.
