  To say this was the worst fast food experience of my life would be selling it short by a mile. Unfortunately I really feel like corporate needs to investigate this location. I’ve worked restaurant jobs before and typically when you’re overloaded you temporarily pause accepting orders until you’re caught up. My food was ready for pickup and I had to wait over 45 minutes in line before i could get it. I was leaving after finally getting my food and the car line extended onto the actual roadway. I’ve never seen anything like that before at almost 2 in the morning. I mean if that’s not the saddest looking beef crunch wrap supreme you’ve ever seen. I don’t know in what universe this is acceptable to serve a customer. My friend jokingly said I must have ordered a veggie wrap supreme instead of a beef crunch wrap supreme. I witnessed the manager bragging to an uber eats driver several cars ahead of me that they’ve made 3000 dollars in 2 hours. I got him on video yelling at another customer. Corporate has to look into this location because this is honestly outrageous. The night shift manager is a train wreck and a nightmare. It’s really unfortunate because the day shift team is the polar opposite, they were wonderful in my opinion and I’ve had many friends say the same. Unfortunately that can’t be said for the night shift crew and that starts with the manager on sight. To summarize; An hour wait time to get 2 beef crunch wrap supremes, The worst crunch wrap supremes i’ve ever had in my adult life. They were soggy and cold and there was almost no beef inside a beef crunch wrap supreme. I mean please refer to the photos before. Where is the beef? I tried giving this place another chance and it blew up in my face like a nuclear bomb. Stay away from this place during the evening.

  Night staff is horrible. Rude, slow, and poor service. Days staff is the complete opposite, great service, quick and proper. 5 star for days staff, 1 star for nights

  Food takes way too long and the quality is worse than any Taco Bell I’ve been to. Like what was all that long wait for?? Could’ve gone to a grocery store, buy the ingredients, and make a taco myself at that point. Never order from this location. It’s ridiculous. Tried to call the store too but apparently no one answers so there’s that.

  Hi. Who's the owner of this shop I don't know but as I know you gonna Bankruptcy because your employees want fight instead of talking nicely with people it's not the way to sell food. Everyone pay for that not get free. To be fair check your camera CC TV

  What have you done to the Colonels recipe!!! The man would role over his his grave it he seen how bastardized his chicken is I ate 2 pieces and the rest of the bucket went in the garbage, the fries were so dry they were white on the ends What I got the other day was Popeys chicken straight up, KFC chicken never looked like that or taste like that In a 14 pc bucket I had 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh the rest of the pieces were hacked up chicken full of bone shards To top it off the batter is so thick on 1 piece, the batter is half the volume of the bucket of chicken Shame on you for destroying a Canadian icon, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves
