She was so timely, knowledgeable, and welcoming it was honestly the best service I’ve ever had. She deserves to be acknowledged. I’ve been here before and no one has been as amazing at their job as she was tonight. I will definitely come back if Kaci is working!

The only thing is that we were a group of 9 and they seated us at a table for eight, so one person needed to squeeze in at the end of the table, and they were uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.
- AAADec 29, 20252.0I have always enjoyed Swiss Chalet growing up - good service, prices and quality. That is until the last few years. Having visited several locations (not by choice) each equally lacking in the service and quality that I remember. This last time was the final straw. We ordered two simple meals for pick up, with both meals missing HALF the food. Having to speak to the location (three times) and argue with someone with broken English, telling us WE were wrong. Enough is enough - there are much better local businesses that deserve your money and loyalty, especially in today's economy. Swiss Chalet has sadly joined the ranks of Tim Hortons and the likes, and will never see a dollar of mine EVER again. Yet another once reputable restaurant chain destroyed in favor of TFWs. Vote with your wallets. And no, I don't want to fill out your survey.
