- GBGordon BingemanNov 16, 20254.0Astha was great. Food was cold and when I asked what happened, she simply apologized, explained, and warmed up my food very quick which I appreciated. Very professional and dinner was good afterwards. I found the management was very aggressive with staff and asked others to check on customers, like when we came in to set down. She told us to wait while she finds someone to help us, instead of simply offering to help and seat us somewhere. Everyone dressed professionally and clean place to dine. Will be back again.

The food is what you would expect from a well run Swiss Chalet and everything arrived hot. Our server was very cheerful and welcoming, and we only wish our hostess and demonstrated any sort of enthusiasm about her job. Showing us to our table and throwing down the menu was the extent of our interaction with her. This is a very affordable option for those looking for good quality food that isn’t fast and over processed.

We had the festive specials. mine was hot chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes, dressing an steamed cauliflower and broccoli and a side of cranberries. my scratch and win was free perogies which are very good. And complimentary box of Lindor christmas chocolates. How could you go wrong. Food was hot and delicious. This Swiss Chalet will exceed your expectations. Parking is good.

Staff is lovely they try hard but are clearly understaffed for a weekend. I feel bad. Food took a long time. We had no ice in our drinks because they ran out? And when I brought my mother to dinner I had to help open the bathroom door because there are no accessibility buttons. The accessibility buttons at front door do not work, and doors are very heavy.. They made me a new one and it still had brown lettuce. The worst were the fruit flies that I had to keep shooing away from our table. I noticed the seat cushions behind my mom were stained and needed a good wash too. I will not be eating at this location again. I left feeling gross like I needed a shower. It's sad because this used to be so clean and our go-to to take the family out.
