  We are a regular here, and are always pleased. Cathy is frequently our server and we always appreciate her looking after us. The food was quite good, and our daughter is a big fan too, which makes it easier to come here fairly often.

  Cathy was amazing! Quick service, hot food, and got a free dessert to celebrate my birthday! This was my first time at Swiss Chalet and Cathy made it one to remember! Definitely will be back to this location :)

  My Mother and I stopped in at the Weber Street Waterloo Ontario at SWISS CHALET for lunch. That is when we met Cathy our waitress. Cathy was friendly, polite, professionally, proficient in making us comfortable and taking our order. We received our drinks and spring rolls with promptness efficiency which we truly enjoyed. Our main entree came just as quickly and prompt as did our drinks and spring rolls. Everything was time perfectly by Cathy who served us and others in our section. Cathy is a great teammate and effectively efficient employee at Swiss Chalet. We will be back to enjoy the great service Cathy provided us . Thank you Cathy for making us both feel comfortable while there to have lunch.

  The Weber Street (Wloo) location has always been the defacto Swiss Chalet in the area. I don't think I've ever been disappointed here. I ordered food for both my mother and I on a Sunday and the service was prompt and courteous. Cathy, our server was also amiable to my banter. It's always a nicer day when the wit goes back'n'forth.

  We stopped in at Swiss Chalet for lunch recently and ended up being genuinely surprised—in the best way. I’ve always associated Swiss Chalet with their classic rotisserie chicken dinners, so ordering the chicken parm wasn’t exactly on my bingo card. But the smell drifting out from the kitchen completely sold me. It had that rich, savoury, tomato-and-cheese aroma that makes you change your mind mid-order—and I’m glad I did. The chicken parm was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of sauce and melted cheese. It wasn’t overloaded or soggy, which can sometimes happen with this dish. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and it felt like more than just a quick chain-restaurant lunch. It was hearty, satisfying, and honestly better than I expected. Service was friendly and efficient, and it made for an easy, relaxed lunch break. It’s always nice when a familiar spot surprises you with something new that actually delivers. I’ll still appreciate their classic options, but now I know there’s another solid choice on the menu. If you catch that smell from the kitchen, take it as your sign and order the chicken parm.
