  Ordered a Chicken Parm Alfredo dish for take out today and I thought that it tasted delicious. The portion of pasta could have been a little larger for the price and the garlic bread could have used more garlic butter but overall it was a good meal.

  Came here this evening to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had an awful experience. Terrible, slow and unhelpful service. The waitress took our order and didn’t do drink refills, or check-in. We waited for every step of our process being there. There was one waitress on for the entire place and it was far too busy for her to keep up. When it cleared out and wasn’t as busy, the service was just as bad so the amount of people clearly weren’t the primary issue here. This place needs to reevaluate its service, the professionalism and helpfulness of their wait staff, and their food practices. Husband received a chicken burger with a raw pink centre and ton of gristle, when we wanted to raise concer there was no one in sight and no one ever came around. After waiting for ages we requested a bill and wanted to leave as we had been there for ages already waiting most of the evening while we should have been celebrating a birthday. Will not ever return to this Swiss Chalet location, and SC is a very significant part of our family. Very unfortunate and displeased.

  Vanshika was an excellent server, our food came very fast. She checked in on us regularly and made sure we were satisfied. All of the food came correct, hot and great. Vanshika Was very friendly towards me and my kids. Thank you

  Heather was great. Even remembered the extra dipping sauce as most servers forget that wee detail.

  When I saw a review left that claimed that the the "extra butter" debacle has ruined the night, I knew it was my solemn duty to prove this blaspheming heretic wrong. I ordered the chicken parm with garlic bread, and asked for extra butter. The dish was absolutely divine and I have never put better food in my mouth. You could have heard a pin drop as I bit into the thin crust of the garlic bread. Overall, there was absolutely stunning service. The lady that served us was chalk full of humor and positive energy. As for the atmosphere, I could breathe the it perfectly, the oxygen was wonderful. Overall, the claims of the crunchy butter were more foolish than the entire court of the kings Jesters. It truly pains me to see such wrongness on the internet. If not emphasized enough, this extra-buttery garlic bread made my day, say even my entire year. I almost collapsed from the sheer ecstasy of the meal.
