The way he interacted- so polite, hospitable, and attentive- made my experience unforgettable. This is now my favourite Subway location! From the way he talks, to the cleanliness of the store, and the smooth, effortless service- everything was perfect. I honestly don’t understand why this location has only 2.9 stars because they absolutely deserve more than 5. The Subway itself was outstanding, and the experience made my evening special. Kudos to the team for such a wonderful experience!

About a month ago, we had used a coupon for buy two footlong subways and get a free third footlong. We always like to get every vegetable topping for our subs as we enjoy vegetables. We have always done this at every other Subway location no problem. This time the person behind the counter refused to give us some toppings because they said we were using the coupon. It was literally just a few pickles, banana peppers, and olives (not even the extra special items like bacon, etc.) but they wouldn't put those last three toppings in for no good reason. It was not logical and it felt like they made up that rule on the spot by themselves. The coupon does not say you can't get certain vegetables on your footlong sub. That person made us feel icky because they made up arbitrary rules and we are not going back to this branch specifically.
