- YYYFeb 24, 20261.0I was in the store and the lady poorly communicated how the online ordering for bogo works. She canceled order and advised to order again. Second time was ordered. As i watched her make my sandwich I told her no mayo pls. She tapped on the reciept and said it says mayo. I told her it must of been a glitch when going through the customizations. She looked at me visibly not pleased and said she must do it according to the reciept and continued dressing the sandwich. Scrape it off something, I dont want mayo pls. She kept shaking her head no. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give it. I asked for the manager and she is the manager! I pulled out to take picture and she left the counter. After a few minutes she returned and continued packing the sandwiches as she reprimanded me that this is the second time blah blah blah. I couldn't believe how unreasonable and cold she was being. Why couldn't she simply scrape it off the mayo lol. The impact it had on me was harsh because it was embarrassing and forced the accept her decision. My partner sandwich was fine, and we gave the other to a homeless person and I grabbed something else. Watch out for an Indian women with large tattoo on her left forearm. She expects perfect orders, no room for mistakes my fellow humans LOL. Terrible Manager Skills. SUBWAY Corp must be informed
