Our one order came to the table not exactly the way we ordered it and very quickly it was all hands on deck and apologized continuously. A new order was delivered to the table quickly and the manager came to the table to apologize and ensured everything was made right. Well done staff and management at State and Main Waterloo.

- BBBNov 8, 20251.0The food was great but the service and experience was absolutely garbage. Our server was Grace; we placed our order at 9:05pm, the food came out. Not once did she bother asking us how the food was or to top off our drinks. We had to continually search for her to get her attention. We finished our food and we didn’t even ask for the bill and she just put it on the table. We ordered two happy hour items, which she charged us full price for. I brought this up and she said you placed your order before 9pm which I clearly remember not doing. So then she says I’ll get my manager to change it as a courtesy like she’s doing us a favor. We come here all of the time and have never been treated differently. But this was an absolutely garbage experience.
