My main point of this review, is Lindt got 2 new flavours Shortbread (10/10) and cinnamon Swirl (9/10) you must try them! Of course they have sooo many choices to choose from, but nice when they bring out new ones to try. Yay 😃 Store is always clean and well organized The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Thank you 😊

The staff member (a gentleman) was not warm or welcoming, and didn’t seem considerate at all. Overall, not a friendly interaction. We’ll stick to the Kitchener location from now on and won’t be returning to the Waterloo store.
