  I was excited to go back in after the renovations. Ordered. Waited nearly 15 or so minutes, it was clear no one was in charge of the kitchen. They served delivery drivers, and others who had ordered after me. All while my order had moved to the "Pick up now" side of the screen. The drive through staff identified we had been waiting a lot time and that our order had been forgot. The person bagging orders got rude with this staff member for pointing it out. I then made a comment and the bagger dismissed me and turned her back to me. I asked for the manager and the woman bagging was identified as the manager. Clearly the shift supervisor and not an actual manager. She attempted to blame drive through and other items while speaking over me. She in no way provided any customer service and was extremely disrespectful. I raised my voice to shut her up as she was not bothering to listen at all and would not stop speaking over me. She continued to make excuses and then proceeded to finish packing a bag that had been on the counter for more than 5 minutes. Every item of food minus the chicken from the KFC side was completely cold. Absolutely disappointed with my choice to visit this location.

  Everything tastes good but the food took sooooooooooooooooooooo long, if ur in a rush do NOT come here

  Pick up an order I put 40 min ago. Then I was told to wait 30 more min. I have miss understanding of fast food? Stuff are very busy but still polite. Thats the only positive part.

  Extremely disrespectful customer service. We were given wait times twice by your staff and followed them exactly. When we returned, instead of assistance, we were met with attitude. The manager(night) raised his voice, spoke over us, and refused to listen. A manager’s job is to resolve issues, not escalate them. We waited patiently and spoke respectfully, yet were treated as if basic courtesy didn’t apply to us. Asking for an approximate wait time should never result in being shouted at. This behavior is such a shame for brands like KFC and Taco Bell. Respect costs nothing, but it determines whether customers return. How you treat others will surely hits you back.

  My order was supposed to be here at 6:42 pm. The driver got extremely lost and my order arrived at 7:11pm. The fries were cold, the chicken was soggy and not almost cold. I ordered corn as my side and an additional corn and neither came. This happen on January 27th. It is now January 30th and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I have called more than once a day and requested a supervisor twice You can never reach anyone at the store, they never answer the phone. Calling customer service gets you nowhere because the store is a franchise they have to wait for the store before they can do anything. They advise you to call the store. Then customer service placates you in hopes you will abandon your complaint.
