- MMMatt Melles1 day ago3.0Very disappointed in the recent changes to the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. I've been calling Kelseys my favorite restaurant for over a decade, now, I may not go back. I was told it was a corporate decision, so hopefully, corporate sees this. I mean seriously, it was a Kelseys classic menu item. Also the sweet potatoe fries are different and dreadful and the seasonal vegetables were way overcooked. I don't necessarily hold this location accountable but the more eyes on this the better.

I had the beef tenderloin and pasta with blue cheese which was delicious, full of flavour and the beef was so tender. My SO got the whisky burger with crispy onion straws and sweet potato fries which he really enjoyed. The sweet potato fries were so crispy and yummy not at all soggy like other places! These were both recommended by Gursher and we were both so happy with our meals! These atmosphere was great and we had a really enjoyed our experience! Cheers to Gursher for being such an awesome server! I dove into my pasta that’s why there wasn’t much for a pic lol!

He also made one of the best gin and tonics ive had in a long time. Fast prompt service from the entire team here. We will return in the future

As soon as we sat down he arrived with a big smile on his face and a great attitude. Throughout our whole dinning experience he showed great customer service, and went above and beyond. Definitely will be returning again, and do recommend.

Whether the restaurant is slow or busy, it routinely takes close to an hour just to receive food, and then an additional 30 minutes to get the bill after requesting it. This has happened on multiple visits, and it shows a serious lack of efficiency and attention to customers. Overall, it’s been a very frustrating and disappointing experience every time.
