  I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. After placing my order for two burgers, the first employee who took my payment was polite and professional. However, the staff member who prepared my food, Priyanka, showed extremely unprofessional behavior. Although I was standing at the counter waiting, she chose to prepare orders for customers who were not even present in the store before preparing mine. When she finally started making my order, she showed no interest in her work and had a very rude and dismissive attitude. When asking about toppings, she was carelessly throwing the toppings onto the burger rather than properly placing them, as if she was simply completing a formality. At one point, vegetables fell out while she was adding sauce, and she attempted to pick them up from the counter area and put them back into my burger. I had to ask her not to do that and to use fresh ingredients instead. The sauces were applied very poorly, making the burger messy and unorganized. When I started eating, the sauce was spilling out from everywhere. It was clear there was no care or attention given while preparing the food. When I politely asked for her name, she responded with attitude. As I was leaving and wished her a good day, I overheard her telling a team member, “Watch, he’s going to leave a review about me,” which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I always speak respectfully to service staff and expect basic professionalism in return. This experience was disappointing, especially in the food industry where hygiene, presentation, and customer service are very important. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Harvey’s. I found a long piece of hair inside my burger, which was honestly very upsetting and completely ruined my appetite. Food safety and cleanliness are so important, and this situation made me question the quality control in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I had already brought the food back home, so I wasn’t even able to return to the restaurant to ask for a replacement. That made the situation even more frustrating. I’ve enjoyed Harvey’s in the past, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their hygiene standards so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  Dined in today morning, the burgers were built with extreme detail, and the Buffalo chicken poutine is the best I've had in Waterloo, onion rings were good too.

  Very unprofessional employees working. No one is wearing gloves. Irritating and giving attitude when wrong food is made. Given wrong food twice. I would recommend not to go in this store.

  Such an unprofessional people working in here I ordered two sandwiches. None of them was buffalo and with the onion rings and the thing they gave me was a buffalo chicken and fries instead of my original order employees don’t wear gloves, no hygiene and they are having an attitude. So please be careful before going into the store.
