    Yesterday, I visited East Side Mario’s and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We had a reservation for 6:30 PM, but when we arrived, we were asked to wait and weren’t seated until 6:50 PM. We were ready to order, but our waitress didn’t come to take our order until 7:10 PM. Throughout the evening, we had three different waitresses serving us, and it was clear there was poor communication between them. After our order was taken, we received our drinks, bread, and salad fairly quickly. We ordered the all-you-can-eat pasta and pizza. However, our salads only arrived around 7:30 PM, and we didn’t receive our main food until 8:00 PM. By that time, the food was cold, which was very frustrating. The service continued to be disappointing. The waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted cheese on our pasta — she simply dropped it off and walked away. I asked for a Coke refill and never received it. When we told them the pasta was cold, they offered to remake it, but that also took a long time, even though the restaurant was quite empty. The replacement food arrived around 8:40 PM. To make matters worse, another server came and asked if we needed the bill while we were still waiting. No one checked on us to ask about refills or how the food was. We barely ate and decided to leave. Even getting the bill took 20 minutes and required us to ask twice. I used to love this place, but after last night, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

    Worst experience I've ever had , we come an hour to enjoy a nice meal and thats not what we got lastnight . We had reservations for 5 pm and we got seated right away and our waitress took our drink order , we got our drinks and food came quick as well . When I received my salad it looked great , until a few bites in I found a very long blonde hair that made me gag, our waitress didnt come back for refills or to even check on us , then just came over after 45 min after we got our food to hand us bills , I explained to her about the hair in my salad and she didnt apologize or nothing , just said ya I hate when that happens. There is so much more but I would love if someone would contact me .

The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient — our server Izzy checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was just right. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Portions were generous, and everything was full of flavor. It’s not always easy to find consistency with chain restaurants, but this location really stands out. Great food, great service, and great value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    Despite having a reservation at 7:15 on Valentine’s Day, we had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. We put in our food order as soon as we could since we were hungry and had plans afterward. Our drinks, soups, and salads came in a timely manner, but i was shocked at how long it took for our entrees to come. Our server told us the food would be there shortly, but it came at 9:15pm, two hours after we arrived and two hours after our reservation was booked for, at which point we had been seriously considering just settling up and leaving before even getting our food. When our food finally arrived, two out of three entrees were cold as if they had been sitting out for a long time before being brought out. We asked for the bill right as we got our food since we were already behind on our plans. We did end up asking for an adjustment and were given 25% off ($6 off my bill). Overall disappointing experience as someone who has been to this location many times in the past.

    Visited Eastside Mario’s last night for dinner. Had a reservation for 5:30. We got seated at 5:40. Took a long time to have a drink order taken and food order. We received our salads and 1 member in our party waiting an extra 10 minutes for their soup… it was cold when it came. When we finally reviewed our dinner at 6:50 after waiting a long time my meal was very shy in food. My bowl was 1/3-1/2 empty compared to others in my party! I have 4 small pieces of chicken and 4 mushrooms! How very disappointing to pay what you do to hardly get a meal! Another person in my party had the same meal and had way more than me! I understand they were busy but that is no excuse to cut meals! They had people waiting for tables in a poor area, which felt as if they were watching you eat and breathing down your necks to hurry! Not an enjoyable time spent here for dinner! Very disappointing experience! It’s going to be a long time before I return!
