  This was my first experience at this chipotle, and it might be my last. After a long day, I was looking for a nice, reasonable sized chipotle. I came in with my family and I ordered a burrito aswell as my siblibng. The only difference between them was that one was with guacamole and one without it. One burrito was sized reasonably and the other burrito looked liked a kids sized, appitizer. shows the size difference between the two. Obviously we asked why they were so different, and they replied that everyone is human and make the burritos differently. I agree, however there should be a standard in the burrito making. Poor staff and poor quality. If you want good burrito sizes, DO NOT go here.

  I seriously love Chipotle so much, but this location has me second guessing myself. We ordered 2 burritos and both sizes were exponentially different. The only difference was that one had Guacamole and the other didn't. When we brought this up to the cashier, she essentially said each burrito will be a different sized especially when its made by different people. This is an unacceptable reason. Not only that, the hygiene was not up to par with other Chipotles I have encountered. This location and their staff definitely need a refresher on how to treat their customers and maintain better hygiene.

  Unfortunately a very terrible experience when I came in with my family. I took my niece and nephew for their first time experience and they ordered the same burrito. The only difference was that one had guacamole in it and the other didn’t. As you can see from the picture, the size discrepancy was massive so I ended up asking the cashier. She made terrible excuses and said it was because the guacamole “spread” and that’s the reason for the size difference. She was very rude and everything was under stocked. Please do better.. I can see why this particular location is very slow on business. Very disappointing

  Went in to Chipotle very hungry and ordered a 2 burritos. Both of the sizes were very very off, one clearly smaller than the other, and the only difference between them was one with guac and one without. When asked about the size difference, they did not seem to care and made multiple excuses. The worker had implyed they are all human and make different sizes, even though they are all obviously human, their should be a consistent standard size. Please take time to train your employees Chipotle.

  Great experience getting a massive take out order at the newest Waterloo location today on erb west. UDHI was efficient and helpful as a snag with the order process resulted in going through a 15 person order one by one in person. They also had another associate support orders that were walking in so no one was awaiting a massive order being filled. I pick up a lot of take out for customer meetings and have had some terrible experiences with efficiency. Happy to say this is NOT the case here. A nice environment with fresh ingredients and great service from UDHI. thanks!
