  I had an amazing time at this Chipotle, definitely the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to (both here in Canada & the US). I went on New Year’s Day and i got a burrito & a bowl (both with the same toppings) and they filled my bowl and burrito to the MAX, they had to double wrap my burrito! The size was bigger than my hand, i’m so glad i got my money’s worth!! The customer service was amazing and all the staff were very friendly, along with the restaurant being very clean & organized. The food was delicious, they were amazing at teaching their trainees what to do on a customer’s order, and I am ecstatic of the portion sizes they gave!!! Highly recommend!

  Not the best experience! Since my stomach got all messed up for two days! I assume they didn’t wash their hands??? I must say I have had always loved Chipotle restaurant but this location isn’t what I expected, service wasn’t too bad even when they made me wait for a few minutes to be able to pay because they person was “busy” doing something else.

  I visited the store between 7–7:15 PM to show them the mistake and get a refund. While I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, understanding that humans can make errors, I was upset by the behavior after the mistake. The woman attending me claimed she was the manager and was rude, dismissive, and unapologetic, showing no concern for the health risk or seriousness of the error. I had to insist to receive a refund. The error itself could have been forgiven, but the lack of professionalism and empathy was unacceptable. Management needs to train staff to handle mistakes respectfully, especially when health and religious concerns are involved. I strongly advise all vegans, vegetarians, or anyone with food allergies to avoid this branch if possible.

  was super excited when I heard there was a Chipotle opening up, the reviews though on the other hand were disappointing to see, but as I've looked through them I have noticed that they mainly point out that the food portions are small , well I went there for the first time yesterday and they could barely wrap my burrito lol, they had to double wrap it. overall great experience at a Chipotle, love that! there's one in Kitchener/ Waterloo now and I plan to go back for sure! you know maybe with it being so new it wasn't a perfect opening. but if there were small portions at one point, I can say it's safe to say that they have listened and the portions are very fair from my experience, and considering last night more than fair as it was an overloaded burrito 🌯 hopefully people continue to come and if you've liked it and found that it is fair servings and good service definitely help them out and drop a review. I feel bad for them

  Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I’ve never received such a small portion before at chipotle! I had to ask for them to put more for almost every topping that I requested, and they tried to tell me that I wasn’t able to have both types of beans. The staff also clearly have not been properly trained as they did not know what they were doing. I asked for a tortilla on the side and they said that they couldn’t offer that. I said I would pay as that is normal for me to have to pay for them and it took having to ask a supervisor to be able to get a tortilla on the side. The staff also were not very friendly and were not listening to the toppings I was ordering. Almost every single time I would say at topping, they would repeat back a different topping and I’ve have to correct them. This also was at 7 PM on a Tuesday evening so it wasn’t rush-hour and I was the only customer at the time getting any food. Very disappointed as this location is closer to where I live than the Conestoga mall location, But the Conestoga Mall location actually gives proper portions and has their Staff properly trained. I would not recommend coming to this location.
