  The food was pretty mediocre nothing too extravagant. When we came in for chicken al pastor they didn't have enough , so they had to fire more which is perfectly fine. But the kitchen was in pure chaos, although not organized chaos. There was pieces of lettuce and rice all over the countertop which is honestly very upsetting considering that the whole kitchen is open for their patrons to see. Mediocre flavours , mediocre service , mediocre setting, don't see any reason to come back . Guacamole for 5 $

  Worst chipotle in Ontario by far. The bowls were not even half full. The side of chips had no more than 12 chips in the bag. When I say the bowls were 80% rice and then half a scoop of protein and then toppings that you could eat all in one bite with the sad amount of them is a joke. Not an inkling of sour cream or salsa is not a lie and keep mind the bowls were still not half full at this point. When asked to have a lil more of each topping and then was told it would be extra is just sad. I’m so sorry I wanted more then 4 strands of lettuce on my bowl but sure let’s pay more for that… avoid this place at all costs, also the guac was brown and the food was not even palatable. Sad to see how this place operates. The one on Erb is far superior when it comes to quality and portion size. I would have taken a picture but was so flabbergasted about the experience I disassociated.

  I placed my order in person and was assisted by an employee named KANU. Unfortunately, my experience with her was very disappointing. She seemed rushed and rude, even though there was no line at the time. She skipped ingredients, gave very small portions, and made me feel uncomfortable asking for proper servings. The portion I received was extremely small—almost like a children’s portion—which is not what I expect from Chipotle. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at any other location, so it was quite surprising. The other staff members were polite and helpful, but my interaction with Kanu really affected my overall experience. I believe she would benefit from better customer service training. I hope management looks into this so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  Beef was all chewy and raw. Gave me hot salsa instead of mild. Rice was hard as a rock. Seems like they didn’t even try to get it right. Avoid this location to force them to do better.
