  A decent meal yet a bit on the expensive side. We understood that having just opened, the line would be quite large, so we ordered online. We walked in at the given time that our order would be ready, waited a few minutes to receive our food from the pick-up spot, and we very luckily found an empty table. The burrito was quite good but could use more chicken and sauce, and I found everything to be “separate” from one another, for example one spot had all the chicken, one spot had all the rice, one spot had all the veggies, etc., so the mixing could use some improvement. The chicken however was juicy and nicely cooked. My partners tacos were also met with a positive response, but they didn’t stand out in my eyes. They looked quite average especially when all squished in the wrapping. Perhaps the best part was the nachos and queso blanco - the queso was absolutely divine. Nachos were crispy, fresh, but some were incredibly salty. Overall it was a positive experience and we would likely return once the hype has died down a bit, albeit sparingly at $46 for the burrito, tacos, and nachos.

  I went on opening day and waited over 2 hours, finally after ordering I went to the cash to pay. The kids meal I had ordered disappeared and was not at the front and while they remade this my bowl got switched with someone else’s. I payed and went home. When I got home I was finally ready to eat the bowl and I was so disappointed when I discovered that this bowl was not mine and had been switched at the cash. So after all that waiting and mix up at the cash, the staff still got it wrong. So now a few days later, I decided to try delivery. The delivery kept getting delayed which was expected, but the next part you’re about to read was not. The order finally arrived after almost a 2 hour wait, everything cold of course, but my bowl was less than halfway empty. I have never had service like this from another chipotle. So yes, all the reviews are true. The portions at this place are way too small, you get just a few pieces of chicken and they never fill the bowls. When I was in store I had to ask for extra veggies 3 times, other locations I have never had an issue with this and they have asked me if this is enough, whereas this one does not. Knowing that my bowl might’ve been a little less empty than other locations I put in my order note “fill with lettuce” as you can see in the attached photo there was maybe 5 pieces of lettuce, this doesn’t seem filled to me. Overall this Chipotle does not have good portion sizes, it really is a shame. This location also cheats out on the meat and gives just a few pieces. These days are hard, now $50 down and still hungry… chipotle do better. This is the worst location for sure! I’m very disappointed.

  Very sub average photo as I was so eager to eat this, but the serving size to me was about the same as other locations. Maybe less meat? Quality the same. Order online (at least for now while they’re still new) to save yourself so much time. A chipotle is a chipotle in my books!

  Friendly staff, kind people and generous leadership. An excellent addition to the Conestoga Mall community. Fresh and a great option for those with specialty diet or is mindful of what they are selecting. Can't wait to visit again!
