Waited in the drive thru today with 3 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. Got to the window and waited another 5 minutes for my food. Once I got it I told the individual at the window that you are going to have a lot of angry customers behind me. Told him it took 20 minutes to get to the window. No apology given. Have a feeling he did not understand what I was saying. Last time going to that location.

I spent 25 minutes in line waiting to order and another 20 mi utes waiting to get my food. When I did get my food the burger was cold! They made me wait 45 minutes and I didnt even get hot food. This staff moved as slow as molasses and focused on the drive thru. Many prople in line were juat asnfrustrated as me and all of us were going to be late getting back to work. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD! I had this same experience last year and swore I wouldn't go back. I figured a year later it might be better....I was wrong. I can confidently say will NEVER go back. I dont understand how a restaurant that operates like this stays in business. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
