What a great portion with delicious sauces! They also made the burrito with spicy salsa and spicy sauces, with sour cream and ranch in the burrito to cool off the heat! What a great pairing! The Punjabi staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable of the menu. They are able to make on-the-fly explanations and recommendations based on what you indicate to them. The steak was cooked fresh upon me ordering. I was able to sit down and wait for my food. There are tons of tables, booths, and sturdy chairs to sit at. The dining experience was very comfortable, and I sat at a very spacious booth with lots of room to accommodate the food tray, my coat, and my bag. When the food was ready, I had a delightful dining experience! It was quiet and ambient in the restaurant, allowing for easy and comfortable eating. Overall, this restaurant gets 5/5 stars. This is a rare 5/5 rating from me. Everything was there! Great food, great service, and a spacious dining area! Very well done!

Her behaviour is consistently cruel, aggressive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. Instead of managing the place, she seems to go out of her way to intimidate staff and speak down to customers. The atmosphere she creates is toxic from the moment you walk in. One of the servers, Keerthy, was also extremely rude. She acted irritated at even the simplest questions, rolled her eyes, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It felt like customer service wasn’t just a low priority — it wasn’t a priority at all. The overall vibe in this location is hostile, tense, and deeply unpleasant. Between a manager who seems to thrive on negativity and staff who mirror that energy, the entire experience was exhausting. Waterloo has plenty of restaurants. Go to literally any of them instead of this one.
