  Don’t expect quality service at this location. Loads of student servers who stand around talking to each other, rather than serving customers. Our waitress took our order, including drinks. We waited and waited, and wondered what was up. Over by the server station she was yapping it up with three other servers. No bread, no drinks, nothing. We packed it up and went elsewhere. Too bad this location brutally lacks in the service department.

  Thanks to Tamara she made our experience so welcoming, even though it was extremely busy she made sure to stay on top of our sides and our refills. Not only that she was so nice to us, nicest server i’ve met so far. with all my experiences in restaurants, east sides is our go to and from now on and we will be requesting tamara. Thank you for making our stay better.

  Hello On Saturday night at 6:52pm we were sat. We had a reservation for 6:45pm and that’s how our night started. When the host sat us she had a napkin with her. Then she started wiping the table with it. I ask her to sanitize the table. Her reply was that it was already done. I asked her again to sanitize the table as it still had crumbs on the table. She then told me to be respectful in front of my family. I didn’t respond as it was going to escalate the situation. Instead since she said the table was sanitized I touch it and it was dry. She lied to me. She returned without the spray bottle but with a blue cloth that looked wet. I’m pretty sure the process is spray bottle and wipe but I’ll leave that to my call with public health. After we sat and sat we finally got served. You can look at all the time stamps. We ordered our drinks and also the kids food. We wait awhile for drinks to arrive at least 10 mins and one of our drinks where wrong we ordered the Brio orange soda but received another orange soda water. Since the road at this point was shaky we just accepted it and moved on. When she retired with the drinks the adults ordered there food and sides. One caesar and one soup we both got a salad I finally said something and received the soup I ordered but again another delay. Not to mention my wife asked for cheese for the salad again waited again we had to make eye contact with the waitress and then she seen us and went and grabbed cheese. Food finally arrived it was a basic meal but one we usually enjoy at this restaurant. The kids finished eating plates where stacked up for removal and when our food arrived we were not asked if we wanted more bread soup or salad. Not to mention all our plates remained on our table while we eat. Eww. When our food arrived no one asked if we needed anything and we did. No spoon for the pasta no cheese we finally gave up. To add to the Eww of this place the bathrooms where slippery and we also seen that hostess wipe another table off with a napkin then sit someone. Ewww. You can tell the atmosphere in a place a lot of others looking around for service. Also when I got home I had to shower the smell of dirty fryers in my cloths was something else. One star performance.

  I recently visited Mario’s restaurant. The food was not bad, and the service was acceptable as well. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. The floor was covered with trash, and there was water spilled on the ground near the kitchen area. When we sat at our table, the appetizer plates were already dirty, which was quite unpleasant. For example, each soup plate was served with a different type of spoon, and they even forgot to bring a knife for the meal. We have been customers of this restaurant chain in other cities, especially in Guelph, and we were always very satisfied. Unfortunately, our experience at this location was not the same. Overall, we were not satisfied with the hygiene and attention to detail at this place.

  Someone else and I had gone here after experiencing an east side in Burlington. With our expectations not entirely high, we ordered as normal and it was phenomenal. The service was excellent, our waiter had an amazingly cheery attitude even though it was 9pm at night and quite busy. And the food was brought in a good manner and was placed very politely! The chefs were definitely on top of things as the food came promptly, hot and delicious. The seasoning and taste was just superb, they definitely feel highly of how they serve the customers. The environment was perfect for a dinner of 2, well others were still able to enjoy themselves with a full table from 2-8 the noise level was minimal and the lighting was very soft. Definitely a recommendation from I as it was an amazing experience. Meal ~$70 : 2 fountain drinks free refills - a pizza - shrimp Alfredo - and 2 soups as sides - Italian wedding and potato and bacon It was all very well made!!
