  Went with my mom to grab dinner. Was home 10 minutes after picking up the food. The meat and beans were cold as if they had come out of the fridge. The rice was warm but the protein was all cold. Very disappointed by this as I would expect this to be a hot meal. Service was quick

  I went to this location shortly after it opened and I’m honestly shocked at how unclean it already is. This isn’t just one small issue — it was consistently dirty throughout the entire store. There were napkins and garbage all over the entrance floor, which already gave a bad first impression. Then I sat down and noticed multiple tables left dirty with food still on them, clearly not being wiped or maintained. What really concerned me was the food prep area. There was food spilled all over the counters, ingredients scattered everywhere, and the serving station looked messy and poorly kept. For a place handling food, this is unacceptable. For a brand new location, this level of cleanliness is honestly concerning. If this is what customers can see, it makes you question what’s happening behind the scenes. I really hope management and corporate step in and fix this immediately, because this reflects very poorly on the brand. I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements.

  Chipotle has always been one of my favorite chain, I’ve been eating it most in Toronto area and most of my experience are fantastic. In comparison to this location, it has most unstable quality control over all, flavoring, food quality, portion size can be all different each time of visit. I ve been trying to report it to the chipotle costumers service and it’s still not fixed. In addition, the worst service experience ever, wasting customer time with untrained staff and rude attitude, mistaken order, with no apologize or any sign.

  Very disappointed with this location so far. Food isn't what it should be, the service is lackluster, and there can be folks either sleeping in or smelling up the store.
