The degree of muscle and sinew in my chicken meal made this a horrible experience. When I called and spoke to the manager, instead of providing us with another meal, I was directed to the owner’s email. Wow! Things have certainly changed here…. including the food quality. Beware…I really do not believe the chicken is being cooked enough and I am uncertain as to where the owner is getting his chicken. Choose another Swiss Chalet for you Christmas meal to enjoy and be ensure about the food quality.

At 2pm and S.S has no chicken, I ordered and the rain was now in my car, I drove to the window and GERTIE/ GURDY told me She didn't know who PISSED ME OFF but I WAS RUDE ROLLING UP MY WINDOW, I answered You do NOT TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT, and I drove away, as long as she is a manager there, I WILL NOT be back !!!
