Chicken was dry and tough like it was under a heat lamp for a long while, ribs were edible but just warm and coffee was barely warm. One star is the best I could do and that for the server she was very pleasant. Absolutely no ambience in the place at all.

Could of been from previous day. Its pretty sad especially when you haven't had in a while and are craving it and get this mess. It has left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked, and it made us all sick for 48 hours. My husband was even forced to take a day off work because of it. I submitted a ticket about the issue and was told to call in to dispute it, but I feel the very least that should have been done was to offer a refund or, at the bare minimum, an apology for such a terrible experience. Unfortunately, first and last time at this place.
