After sitting down again, I noticed we didn't have any paper napkins. Again I went to the front to get some. This is unacceptable. If they don't want to put these two items out then they should ask the customer before they sit down. If Harveys is trying to save money then they should take the fountain drinks away and make the drinks when you order. Instead my food got cold and I had to go up to the front twice to interrupt the servers.
