  Tailor was amazing and the food was super yummy she even talked to me about my cats bats hat that sat on a mat and had a chat with my cat pet my baby bat while it sat on my hat while my dog curled in a ball he really wanted to go the mall he’s so small holy air ball

  I'm lactose free (dairy intolerance) and told take out when I asked what is safe to have. Told food prep after meal was ordered not to put cheese on it, luckily no other people there so probably not contaminated by other meals. Then says I'll throw in shalet sauce it's only powered milk. He clearly had no idea what dairy us because most powdered milk is a dairy product. Bottom line if you have an intolerance or allergy to food be extra throughly verbal and check everything before eating. If I had eaten sauce I would have major stomach ach possible bathroom problems soon after.

  Service from our server Samantha who was excellent with very pleasant customer service and delicious food of wings,fries,& desert.Also Wendy great support for the staff and nice to talk with at our visit as the place was nice clean made you feel very welcome.

  I recently ordered 3 dinners from Wasaga Beach Swiss Chalet for pick up. All 3 dinners were complete, chips and chicken well done and the roll was warm. They even put in 3 extra sauces! The girl who brought my bag out to the parking lot was cheerful and said have a good night. I was so impressed I called the restaurant and thanked the Manager. This Swiss used to leave something out or miss part of the order all the time but the last 3 times we ordered from here it was oerfect! New owners ?

  I placed a delivery order this evening for my family, including a family pack. Upon delivery, while preparing my children’s meals, I discovered that the family pack was missing entirely the chicken that was supposed to be included. I did receive the chicken and half-rack combo ordered separately for my father, along with the fries and other sides; however, the family pack chicken—requested to be cut into quarters—was not included at all. I contacted the restaurant immediately. After nearly 20 minutes on the phone, the staff were unprofessional and ultimately informed me that a driver would be sent with the missing chicken. I waited over an hour, which extended past my children’s bedtime, only to call back and be told that no delivery would be made and that I would need to speak with the manager in the morning. No one contacted me to inform me of this change, which left me unable to make alternate meal arrangements for my children. I was told that the manager had seen the chicken being loaded, but I believe this may have been a misunderstanding involving the chicken and rib combo, not the family pack. There was absolutely no chicken included for the family pack. I am a repeat customer and would have no reason to be dishonest over four pieces of chicken, especially after spending $150 and tipping the delivery driver. I am extremely disappointed with both the handling of this issue and the service I received over the phone. I will be visiting the store to speak with the manager, John, regarding a refund for the family pack. This experience was unacceptable.
