We ordered the chicken and half-rib dinners with French fries, and everything was delicious. Taylor was kind, patient, and even helped us take photos so we could remember this special day together. We also had fun seeing the robotic food cart bring plates to the tables, which made everyone smile. Thank you to Taylor and the whole Swiss Chalet team for making our visit enjoyable. We will be happy to come back again.

Well clearly Parker was taken aback by the horrible behaviour of this customer, however she acted professionally and with great composure. That customers behaviour spoke volumes about who they are! And Parkers response showed just what an amazing young woman she is , a credit to swiss chalet and her parents.
- SBsteph berthDec 13, 20251.0Very poorly run place....walked in the door and ignored by the host at the front....than she comes back and still ignores us than some girl comes over stares at us and expects me to read her mind to follow her to a table....nobody asked if it was a part if two or more people coming....we ask for a booth she days oh I only have 2 tables available so ok we sit down....the couple behind us walks in asks for a booth and she says yes sure and takes them to a booth! Got up and left....terrible service! A couple across from us said they were already waiting 35 mins for their food! Absolutely pathetic!
