  Just had dinner at Swiss Chalet and honestly… Wendy, the manager, was the MVP of the entire operation. You know how some places look like they’re being run by a flock of confused pigeons? Not here. Wendy runs this place like she invented chicken. The dining room was packed, orders flying everywhere, but she moved through it all calm, steady, and somehow still smiling — like a chicken whisperer. My meal came out hot, fast, and exactly right, and you could tell she was the reason the whole place didn’t fall into chaos. She checked in once, not in that “I’m pretending to care” way, but in the “I’ve actually got this place under control” way. It’s rare. If every restaurant had a Wendy, eating out would be a lot less stressful and a lot more delicious. Swiss Chalet: keep this woman. Protect her. Build her a statue out of rotisserie drippings if you have to. Solid service, great meal, zero drama. Would absolutely go back.

  Delivery guy was amazing but the customer service was ignorant they hung up on me, forgot or just didn’t send my gravy that was ordered. And had a nasty attitude with myself and I was told by the First Lady I talked to they were not going to do anything to make it right as well and my food was cold

  We had a wonderful dinner at Swiss Chalet! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. A special shout out to Jenifer… she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our experience even better. Thank you for the great service!

  ⭐ 1-Star Review I recently ordered from the Swiss Chalet in Wasaga Beach through Uber Eats — a club wrap, garden salad, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the garden salad arrived completely brown and wilted (see attached photo). I contacted Uber Eats right away, and they only offered me a $2 refund, which felt unreasonable — basically saying, “you can have your wrap, but not your salad.” They told me to contact the restaurant directly, which I did. When I spoke with a staff member named Sally, she told me immediately there was nothing she could do and that I needed to contact Uber. She then said she’d “check the other salads,” which didn’t really make sense, and put me on hold for over 15 minutes until I was disconnected. When I called back, she sounded completely uninterested in helping and repeated that there was nothing she could do. When I explained my disappointment and asked what I was supposed to do for the rest of my meal, the response was simply, “nothing I can do.” I initially planned to bring the salad in to speak with the manager, but honestly, I’m not wasting my time — the manager can contact me directly if they want to discuss it. Sadly, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this location — it’s about the third or fourth time something has gone wrong. I’ve ordered from the Collingwood Swiss Chalet many times and have never had a problem there. It’s disappointing because I live close to the Wasaga Beach location and would like to support it, but after this experience, I’ll be ordering from Collingwood from now on. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and the customer service at this restaurant.

  I was recently at the Swiss Chalet location in Wasaga Beach, and although yes it’s Swiss so you do know what you are getting when it comes to the atmosphere and menu. With that being said , me and my family had a unique experience due to our wonderful service provided by Taylor, I believe who is their service manager, she went above and beyond with our requests and the positive, and rare time efficient dinner service she executed to perfection while maintaining a smooth tradition from lunch to Dinner and really made us feel like we weren’t just in and out customers but more like regulars: returnees and we will be doing just that ! #Swisschalettheoldnewhotspot! #wasagabeach
