  I took my daughter and grandkids for late lunch and it was terrible. The children was so greasy it was soggy no crunch at all couldn't even pick up a piece it fell apart in your hand .ended up going somewhere else on way home for food that was edible. So disappointed 😞

  I came here for a the first and try new add on promotions that are really good. Even the staff is also very friendly. Defined come here again.

  Drove from Collingwood to Wasaga, showed up at 7 43 and they were already close, door locked but they were inside. I understand you start cleaning 5 minutes before closing but you can’t just lock the door 30 minutes before closing. Brutal 👎

  It’s like I’m a sucker for pain. I keep telling myself I will never return to this place and yet I still find myself coming once or twice a year, hoping for improvement. And yes, always disappointed each and every time. Unfortunately there isn’t much selection in Wasaga for fast food. Especially in the winter. This last time, I found a LONG hair wrapped into my soft taco. The time before that, a short hair (like an eyelash) right on top of my fries supreme. The time before that, they didn’t give me my large fries AND there was a hair (like a man’s arm hair) in the coleslaw.:.. I could go on… but what’s the point. Nothing ever changes at this location.

  Went there last month and I figured tried one more time ? Nope , as I figured the same thing . Chicken was small and it was small as a child hand . Nothing was new ,just same old thing! I usually go to Mary Brown in Angus. That is worth my time ! Never going back to KFC again ! I don't know how this KFC still in business?
