The employee did offer vegetarian alternatives from Taco Bell. When the bucket of chicken was brought home, the bottom pieces were so greasy they were throw out. I would avoid this kfc and go to another option if possible.

I stopped going here after they give chicken pieces that were the size of a child's fist, greasy as heck that it feels and tastes unbelievably unsanitary. KFC headquarters should look into their dishonest practices of not honoring and providing patrons with KFC advertised promotions, that franchisors should oblige! Poor customer service, poor quality food, and dishonest advertising. Never again would my family and I return.
