Ordered 2 burger combos with poutines. Fries were hard like they weren’t quite cooked enough and the burgers were still pink. All they did was was offer to make another one. Just won’t be returning there again. Someone needs to learn how to cook. You’d think they’d offer you a partial refund on a gift card. What a waste of $40.00. Not happy.

The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant seemed clean but the food was absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 burgers and fries. It’s been years since I’ve been to Harvey’s and I remember that there burgers were flame broiled and a decent size. What happened? The patties are smaller than the skinny side of the bun and they were completely tasteless. No flame taste, very little to eat at all. Their usual signature fries have also changed; no flavour. Very disappointed with the quality of the food; it has definitely deteriorated over time. If I could rate it a zero I would. I will not be back.
