    I recently had a disappointing experience at this location, but the manager, Michael, completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to address my concerns and made sure I felt truly heard and valued. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to improving both customer service and overall quality genuinely stood out. Thank you, Michael, for taking the time to make things right — your dedication made all the difference. I will definitely be choosing this location again. 5/5 customer service for Michael.

    This Burger King has the best food quality, and what I like most is the outstanding customer service. Even though it’s just a fast-food restaurant, it was my first time dining in and the staff actually served the food right at my table. They welcomed me warmly, and the food was hot, fresh, and served quickly. I even ended up ordering another one the way i wanted it to be to take away for my drive home to the US I just couldn’t resist! The Stacker sauce in potato bun was exactly the way I like it absolutely phenomenal in whoppers.

    First let me say I never use drive-thrus. My wife used the drive thru. Ordered 2 double whoppers. Both with double mustard only. That’s it. Simple right? Apparently not. Got 2 double whoppers with all kinds of crap on them. I tell my wife all the time check the order before you leave because we live over 20 minutes away. She said the language barrier was a factor. I expect them to go the way of A&W soon. Too bad.
