  It was sooo busy when we came in, but Asina was absolutely amazing! She stayed calm, positive, and had the best energy the whole time. She let us know the wait time right away, kept everything organized, and still made us feel welcomed even during the rush. You could tell she genuinely wanted to help everyone. Such an amazing host and honestly made the whole experience way better!

  I had such a great experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Maria! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She checked in at just the right times, had a great attitude, and really went above and beyond to make the meal enjoyable. It’s not every day you get service that genuinely stands out, but Maria definitely made a lasting impression. I’ll absolutely be coming back again—hopefully she’ll be there! 😊

  Very rough day at Swiss today. This was one of our family’s favourite spots especially since everything in this area has gone down the toilet. And unfortunately we had to learn the hard way that this place has also gone very down that same toilet. The food is different. The environment has changed. There’s no soap in the bathroom. I can go on all day. The whole vibe of the entire restaurant is different. There are some good workers still here but even in their face and attitude you can tell that they’re not happy to be there because of the changes and the rest of the very low standards crew. There were other customers that that also seemed rather perturbed. It almost seems like some of these workers want this place to fail. I would hate to see anyone else have their day ruined like ours was so I would not even recommend, but demand that no one else goes here.

  I frequented this Swiss Chalete location a number of times with satisfactory service however tonight I arrived with 2 quests and waited an excessive amount of time to be even acknowledged by the front entrance staff. 3 staff had clearly looked at us and kept walking by without the slightest bit of interest. The take out service side of this location had to announce 2 times that there were guests waiting at the front. Needless to say I was not impressed with the very poor customer service of acknowledgement to he seated after 3 staff looked us in the eye without even a nod or a '1 minute Ill be with you shortly'. In today's down turned, over worked, over taxed and under paid economy all it takes is a friendly wave or be with you in a minute response. Thus that didn't happen. Needless to say I was not impressed as I have chosen to spend my over taxed pay cheque here numerous times. A professional young lady named Victoria came to our rescue and was very professional and apologetic on what happened. I informed her that I also wanted her to service our table. She was quick with our order, offered her apologies which I informed her it was not her fault & as soon as she saw us there she dealt with us promptly. Also note it was only 2 adults and a child waiting and the restaurant was not at full capacity. Her attention to detail and quickly and within reason having our orders brought to the table was a welcomed act of professionalism. Before the meals arrived the manager also visited our table and offered to cover my appetizer for the excessive delay. I would have gladly paid for it but its the little signs of customer service that goes a long way with regular customers choosing Swiss chalet as a location to bring our family and spend our hard earned over taxed dollars. At the end of the stay many could.learn from.Victoria's exceptional customer service and yes we will be returning thanks to her. The food was as expected as I do enjoy Swiss chalet menu selection and portion size at a reasonable price.
