- JAJaspreet AroraApr 1, 20261.0I went to Mucho Burrito today because they were advertising a buy-one-get-one deal in the app. The man working at the counter (possibly the owner) was extremely rude from the moment I asked a simple question. I only said the cheese looked very little and asked if he could add a bit more. Instead of answering politely, he kept repeating “it’s extra” in a very rude tone. I even said I didn’t mind paying extra, but the attitude just got worse. At that point, I told him I didn’t want it anymore, and he snapped back saying, “Anyway, we’re giving you buy one get one,” as if he was doing me a personal favour. It’s a promo for members on the app — not something he’s gifting customers. Honestly, this location is always empty, and now I understand why. The service was unprofessional, and the food didn’t taste good at all. I regret going there, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Awful !!!! Don’t go !
