  April 15, 2026 – 1:20 PM Had lunch here today and the chicken was honestly really good. Super juicy on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. Service was quick too, which made the whole experience even better.

  One of the worst customer service i have experienced, i ordered crunchy tacos menu meal and after 20minutes of waiting the food was brought cold even though there were only three customer present, told them change the fries and it took them morey 15minutes. 3 female staffs joking around, playing around and bitching about their other collegues.( i speak and understand their language) horrible customer service.

  I ordered food from here and I’m really disappointed with the quality. The food was cold, the fries were burnt and hard, and the drinks were flat and didn’t have any ice.

  Food was not even hot!! There's no rush or even busy so no reason for the food to be slightly warm...fries were soggy! popcorn chicken was dry and barely warm!! You can't serve food like this to customers just because it's not busy and just serve what's left sitting in the warner!! Very disappointed and disgusted!!!!

  I had one of the worst fast-food experiences of my life at this KFC location today. I placed two orders for pickup, and almost nothing in the bags matched what I actually ordered. First of all, I ordered three dipping sauces, and they only put one in the bag. The chicken that was supposed to be tenders came as bone-in chicken, which is completely different from what I paid for. The chicken itself was also very low quality and poorly prepared. The order was also supposed to include two coleslaws, but they only gave one. Instead of the sandwich that was part of the meal, they threw in a tiny, cheap wrap that smelled bad and looked nothing like what was advertised. On top of that, this location always makes customers wait forever, even if you placed your order 20 minutes in advance. Every single time you arrive, they act like they have no idea who you are or what your order is, and they start asking you what you ordered again as if they’ve never seen it. This is honestly one of the dirtiest KFC locations you can go to in Toronto. Staff were handling food without gloves, and the whole place felt extremely unprofessional. If a health inspector walked into this store, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got shut down. To make things even worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, easily one of the most disrespectful managers I’ve ever encountered. I’ve eaten at many KFC locations before and never had an experience this bad. After this, neither I nor my family or friends will ever come back to this location again — and honestly this experience makes me not even want KFC anymore.
