  When in Canada, gotta try the Canadian whiskey burger. The food was great and our server Shimeko was excellent and very attentive but also knew when to allow us space to enjoy each other's company. This was a nice dinner.

  We had such a great experience at Kelsey’s celebrating a 12-person kids’ birthday! Everything ran smoothly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group. Vienna took amazing care of us—so friendly, attentive, and patient with all the kids. She really made the day extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

  Worst place ever! Customer service is horrible... Came at 2pm not busy at all and took 20 mins to even take our drink order... Approached the waiter and asked if we could please place our order and he said someone would be with us which at this point I'm not sure why he just couldn't do it with a total of 4 people actually eating in this whole place! AWFUL!!!

  A family of 9, out for lunch. Early. No crowd. Half of us were seated right away and the waitress took our drinks order. The other half of the bunch arrived a few minutes later. The waitresses seemed to have vanished into thin air. Almost a half hour we waited for anyone to show up. I was thisssss close to saying "let's go..this place sucks!!!" Then.....Shimeko Cooper!!! He rescued the day. What nearly turned into a disaster turned into a great time, because of Shimeko. He was super apologetic for the lapse of the waitresses and treated us amazingly. He was attentive, friendly, asking questions about our day, being playful with the kids (3 - 8) The food was really good....but it's the people that make for the good experience.....and Shimeko aced it! We will be back and will ask specifically for him. Thanks Shimeko, for making what could have been horrible into something great!

  We came in a group of 9. Two ladies came and started taking drink orders and it was very confusing as to being asked the same thing twice. They brought our drinks but forgot one of the kids drinks. 25 minutes passed and still nothing - the girls disappeared. We then met Shimeko Cooper and he saved the day. Saved the experience. Super friendly. Super attentive. I would recommend this place and ask only for Shimeko, he definitely is the best. Thank you so much!
