This is not the customer service that I was hoping for. I feel sorry for her job. If she doesn't do what a customer service should do, she should've quit. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in the whole Harvey's. She only does the bare minimum without the hospitality. And chewing gum is really unhygienic and not allowed while serving the customers. 0/10
