I was asked multiple times if my order was for here or to go, and I ended up being charged for a poutine when I clearly asked for fries. BUT — huge shoutout to Hiren Savani and the team for stepping up immediately and fixing everything! 🙌 They handled the situation so well and made sure I was taken care of. Great service recovery and amazing food — I’ll definitely be coming back!
