I clearly asked for no chipotle sauce due to an allergy, and it was still put in. I had to spit it out and throw it away. No time to get it fixed and went back to work hungry. Huge waste of time.

- XXXanDec 21, 20251.0If I could give negative stars, I would give it to this location. It was around 8:38 PM EST and my order was supposed to be ready at 8:26 PM. There were zero lineups in the store, yet my order was not even started by the time I arrived, which made no sense. What made things worse was the condition of the kitchen. It looked absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. On top of that, the staff were yelling loudly at each other, slamming things around, and behaving in a very unprofessional manner. It felt chaotic and uncomfortable to be there as a customer. Everything is a food safety hazard. Please report this to York Food Safety department. Overall, this location was extremely disappointing. Poor organization, long wait times with no explanation, and a messy kitchen environment. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
