I recently visited the Subway location at 8200 Bathurst Street and was disappointed with my experience. The steak sandwiches I ordered were not properly filled — approximately one-third of the bread was left empty. When I asked the staff member about this, I was told that each sandwich receives two scoops of steak. However, the portion provided did not appear to be a full serving, and my request to have the issue addressed was declined.
This level of portioning and customer service is not something I typically experience at other locations within the same chain. Based on this visit, I felt the sandwich did not provide good value for the price paid. I hope management reviews portion consistency and customer

You better be careful with this location!!
Today after working all day, my husband and I put an order for 2 turkey subs through the app. We arrive at the store and I go in to pick them up even tho the app says it’s not ready until 8:35. The open sign is off, the food is put away and no one is around but the door is open. I go in confused and ask for my order. She says she didn’t get it and then walks away. I’m confused maybe got the wrong address so I go back out to the car and clarify with my husband. Nope we got the right address. I go back in hoping for some clarification but the short brown girl just keeps saying she didn’t get it and won’t make it. She already had her till closed (apparently they closed at 8pm but the only way you knew was the tiny little piece of paper on the door. Google wasn’t updated nor was their app to reflect these hours) and refused to give me any solutions or anything. She made it so it seems like I’m crazy and that there is no order. So by now I’m ticked off. So I go back to the store and get my husband involved.
When I come back in, we ask for a refund and she says she can’t do it because she never got the order yet on my husbands app it shows it’s been in progress for over 25 mins.
She then calls a random man (he wouldn’t tell me who he was: his name or position) and they speak in their language for about 5 mins while we are waiting there for a resolution. She finally puts me on speaker phone. He rudely keeps interrupting me and does not let me speak. He keeps trying to speak over me until I finally said stop interrupting me and let me speak. He got defensive and because quite frankly rude and condescending by saying that there isn’t anything he can do because there was no order. I pulled up my husband’s app and my banking app to show that it went through and that we were actively waiting for my order.
The man on the phone refused to give his name and position. Said “you can give me any name you want” to me asking for his name and position. The name on the workers phone when speaking with him was saved as Pradeep. I have no idea if he is in management or other position but he lacks all common courtesy and skills needed to run a franchise.
After 15 mins of back and forth, they finally begrudgingly gave us back the money.
A word of advice, avoid this store. There’s a reason why they only have a 3 star rating!

Here at 8:14. Don’t trust Google. I have an app with paid proof that I ordered. And the lady here is refusing to refund. I don’t want the food anymore. Don’t ever come here. This place is wild, I’ve never seen a poorer ran food franchise in my life. I pray to whatever god exists that you change your career asap. Follow the reviews here. It’s 3 stars for a reason. They pretend they never received your online order. We made her call her GM because I said I will involve the police. This place is crazy. Police need to investigate it for fraud ASAP. We caught her just as she was closing and denied that we even ordered. Please. If the reviews are generally bad, trust them. Never ever again. I have photos and receipts of everything. Beware here

This place is one of the worst locations a customer can go to. First, they charge for an online order and then pretend they never received it. The person behind the counter tells me she has no manager. She doesn't know the owner. She doesn't know the phone number you can call if there's a problem with the customer like being charged and not receiving the items. After insisting couple of times she gives me a fake phone number and a made-up name. Of course we need to dial number. It's on my pick scam
I wouldn't be surprised if they were on the news for card scanning operation behind the counter
