There were girls working hard, making sandwiches, when an older lady came over and started handling the food containers. Shockingly, she was doing this without wearing a hair net — which is clearly against hygiene standards. Not only that, but she was handling the containers quite roughly, practically throwing them, which created a lot of noise and impact. I could clearly see the discomfort and confusion on the girls’ faces. Despite them just doing their jobs, she went ahead and scolded them for no good reason. What’s even more troubling is that these girls didn’t feel like they had the right to speak up for themselves. It’s important that all staff, regardless of age or position, are treated with respect and that a safe, hygienic, and supportive working environment is maintained. I gave five stars to service because of girls!
