The fish is bland and the coating is thick, even thicker than the fish. I couldn't eat the fries it's just too salty. The server was nice. I hope we had a good table too, we got seated by the window and I can feel the draft, my feet were actually cold.

The host was great as she found us a nice, private booth that was quieter, and our server, Cassidy, was attentive, serious about my allergies, and very friendly (and won over the 5 year old). We’ll definitely be back and recommend to anyone in for a casual, fun, good food, dining experience!

We never had to wait for a refill, or plates to be removed, and he never made us feel rushed. My only complaint with this restaurant is more attention is needed in the washrooms. Lack of toilet paper, gross stalls and awful smell.

It's so wildly disappointing as the Yonge and Eg location never fails! Ordered 2 adult meals (sandwiches) and 2 kids’ meals. When kids don't eat the staples of chicken fingers and fries, you know it's junk. Our sandwiches were FULL of fat and tasted old. The service was just as bad. The servers had no care in the world. They clearly knew it was all junk. I asked for sauerkraut, and she thought that was coleslaw. Maybe a sandwich place she may want to learn a bit. Plus, she charged me 2.50 for it. The fact that this meal cost me more than 12.99 bothers me. I would have asked for a manager but tried to stop him, and he seemed to care about the experience just as much as the server we had.
