- TWTom WNov 16, 20251.0We were disappointed with the service at this restaurant. On a Sunday night at 7 p.m., despite the restaurant being 95% empty, we waited 10 minutes for a table. That wasn’t a big deal, but then another 20 minutes passed, and still no server. The staff seemed focused on setting up tables rather than serving customers. I don’t see a line of customers waiting to come in. In my opinion I think the customer at the table would be the priority. I eventually flagged down a staff member and placed our order, even though she wasn’t our server. This helpful staff also didn’t know who was the server. Forty minutes later, we finally got our water, which was a relief. All in a sudden I feel like I am in a comedy show where all the staff are pretending to be busy and refusing to work. Anyways, the food finally arrived, but our order was wrong of course. After finishing our meal, we stacked the empty dishes on the table to help the staff clean up. We wanted to linger a bit longer, not rush to leave after our last bite. However, another staff member looked at the empty plates, walked over to clean the other tables, and refused to collect them. It seemed like she was pretending to be occupied. We wanted a clean table, so we took the plates to the kitchen and handed them to the kitchen staff. They clearly didn’t want to take them either. She looked around, trying to pass them to my server, but she was nowhere to be found. Overall, I feel the staff here doesn’t want to work. I never seen restaurant staff being so passive and avoiding to work. Makes me think maybe they are underpaid and have low morale. I definitely won’t be returning to avoid giving them more negative reviews.

Krensyl was acc so nice, and was always checking in w us 💗💗💗 would come back. Honestly the service was so good. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was really tasty, perfectly cooked. The nachos were also good. Pickle barrel is sooooo underrated. Sm love to the team here 💗💗💗💗 best birthday ever.
