  Absolutely love New York Fries! The fries are crispy, perfectly seasoned, and always fresh. The variety of toppings and sauces makes each visit exciting my favorite is the classic cheese and gravy. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or a hearty meal, New York Fries never disappoints!

  This was the best experience of my life. I am so happy that I am moving forward with my 2026 like this. The workers are so fabulous and kind they greet you with the purest smiles and appreciation AND THEY LOADDDDD YOUR FRIES GOOODDDD 100/10 experience I recommend!!!!

  Where to start? How about the amazing attitude and service, not to mention the smile of one Uriel, manager at the time? All fabulishous!!!! And so was the staff! Likely the most diverse staff I've seen in a fast food location, they were all lovely people, and they can make a bloody mean Nacho fries, let me tell YOU! If you want great chow, great service, and an inclusiveness almost unheard of, come here, to NYF in Vaughn Mills!!!

  I had a great experience at New York Fries thanks to Sukhi, Samar, and Ayushi. They were all incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their customer service was excellent — they were patient while taking orders, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was prepared perfectly. It’s always nice to see staff members who genuinely care about their customers and create a positive atmosphere. They made my visit enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job, team!

  I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for the team at New York Fries for going above and beyond for me and my daughter. From the moment we walked up, the staff were so kind, patient, and genuinely caring — not just doing their job, but really making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. They were especially sweet with my daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. It turned what could’ve been a quick food stop into a really positive and memorable experience for both of us. Customer service like that is rare, and it truly made our day. Thank you to the amazing employees for your kindness, warmth, and professionalism — I’ll definitely be coming back! 💛🍟
