We got in car and took off my daughter asked me why its so soggy and oily and now her hands are swimming in a pool of oil. Had to throw it out. Today Stopped by after swimming with my daughter today. I made sure to ask for the fries to be well done we had to grab to go again. Totally different crew today. Cashier was more than happy to help and let the guy in the back know. Both the guys super nice and made sure we got our fries the way we wanted … COOKED and CRISPY! Overall friendly. What i was happy about most was that even though we had that small request instead if an attitude or getting upset they smiled and said thats not a problem at all. Reassured it wasn't a request is what the previous person should've done. 👏👏👏
