  I had the chance to visit this Mr. Sub location recently, and I must say that I had a pretty good experience. One of the first things that I noticed was that the service was top-notch. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was going to get good service. Everyone was friendly and understanding, and they made my food exactly how I wanted it. In terms of the actual food, I must say that it was pretty good too. The sub was fresh, the bread was soft, and the toppings were evenly distributed so that I could get a good bite, and it didn’t look like it was thrown together quickly. Overall, I would say that this is a great location that does things right. If you are ever in the area and looking for a good sandwich, I would definitely recommend stopping by here!

  I have been ordering and visiting here for a long time. The food quality, hygiene, and service have always been dependable and professional. The staff is consistently polite and courteous. A place I continue to visit with complete confidence

  I have to give Mr. Subs one star. We went in because it was cold outside, hoping to sit down. The place wasn’t even that clean, but we were trying to warm up. We had Starbucks drinks, and instead of calmly letting us know, the workers yelled at us about outside food. There’s no policy against it, and they were just rude. Then my friend accidentally dropped a napkin, and instead of giving us a moment, they yelled again. It felt like they didn’t want us there at all. Not a welcoming experience. I’ll admit, maybe we dropped a few crumbs or had wet shoes—it’s winter after all. But that’s not our responsibility. You don’t go to a restaurant and expect the customers to clean up after themselves. The space is open to the public, not private, so they should have some basic hospitality. We left feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

  The staff hear have a hatred against high school students and treat them very unfairly for absolutely no reason. A friend of mine dropped her napkin on the floor, and they immediately turned to violence. They told us to leave the store, even though if a non high school student dropped their napkin on the floor, they 100% wouldn’t be treated this way. Me and my friends were very scared as we didn’t know what we have done to get someone so angry. I do not recommend this location of Mr.Sub.
