- FFFP5 days ago5.0Amazing shopping experience! Every time I enter I get helped by an associate immediately, and they understand my needs well. They also occasionally give out samples to shoppers. At my most recent visit, last week, I was shopping for chocolate to give as a New Year’s gift. I forgot the name of the associate who helped me (I believe it started with an R), but he showed me around the entire store and gave me options. He was also kind enough to point out that there was free gift wrap available for certain items, and also let me know about their current promo (10% first order). They also implemented a cafe with their new renovation that I’m excited to try out the next time I visit.

Clearly the person that designed that drink and people who say its good have never had a real hot chocolate at a proper chocolatier. I can make far better at home.

The coffee shop service can be a bit complicated, especially on weekends, as there are many orders, so be aware that a little patience is necessary, but I believe it's worth it for the taste of the products. Products aren't always on sale, but it's worth checking prices compared to other stores. The store has many central gondolas, so for customers with disabilities and reduced mobility, there may be some difficulty in moving around, so attention from the store staff will be necessary.
