The staff were very nice and helpful, but unfortunately the barista had no idea how to steam milk properly and it came out very bubbly and way too hot, almost tasting burnt. And no wonder because the coffee machine is placed so high on the counter there’s no way anyone can actually see inside their pitcher. The chocolate base was delicious though. But for $7 a drink i’d expect a more experienced barista.

The moment we entered, multiple people kept asking what we wanted before we even had a chance to look at the new coffee and ice cream menu. When we finally placed our order, the two ladies at the counter behaved unprofessionally — even though the store was empty, they told us to stand in a corner in a very unpleasant manner, insisting we “just wait,” despite us not following up or causing any issue. Their attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, a horrible experience — definitely not going back.
