Today two people made my day it was the greeting of two friendly people Isabella and Vincent, very friendly customers service. Isabella as soon as she saw us she came towards us with a sample chocolate. Never happened before at other Lindt Lindor stores. My husband made a purchase. Vincent was friendly and knowledgeable. I will like to thank both of them for making our visit to the store very pleasant.

He thinks the customers are stupid & acts as if he is the only intelligent guy on this planet, even after we left the shop he was smiling at us! Lol dude you look more stupid working at the billing station than we the customers. Lol dude, now look out for your formal complaint to the Director of Lindt shop! Talk nicely, politely to customers. If you don’t love your job, QUIT For literally asking a glass full of our deserved drink, these people can make you feel terrible! Reporting this event on Saturday Jan 31 2026 at around 8:30 pm To the supervisor Kindly look into this matter strictly.
