In October, I placed an order through the mobile app for this store, but they charged my bank account three times. I went to the store right away, and they told me they would cancel the other two charges. The orders were canceled, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called more than five times, and every employee I spoke with just said they would contact head office.

Hey!
Me and my friend came on November 14, we placed an order through uber as customer pick-up. We ate the food at the corner seats, I think we left our mac book 13 there.

"Just visited KFC 9100 Jane Street on November 11, 2025, at 8:00 pm, and I'm blown away! As a long-time regular, I'm thrilled to see the high standards I've come to expect. The 3 girls working today, including Gurpreet, were absolutely super! Their customer service was top-notch, and the food was hot and fresh, just like always. I also missed Bhupinder, who's usually there - she's amazing too! If you're looking for a great KFC experience, this location is a must-visit. Keep up the fantastic work, team!"
