Hey!
Me and my friend came on November 14, we placed an order through uber as customer pick-up. We ate the food at the corner seats, I think we left our mac book 13 there.

"Just visited KFC 9100 Jane Street on November 11, 2025, at 8:00 pm, and I'm blown away! As a long-time regular, I'm thrilled to see the high standards I've come to expect. The 3 girls working today, including Gurpreet, were absolutely super! Their customer service was top-notch, and the food was hot and fresh, just like always. I also missed Bhupinder, who's usually there - she's amazing too! If you're looking for a great KFC experience, this location is a must-visit. Keep up the fantastic work, team!"

This location is terrible and needs some serious customer service training. Unfortunately is was the closest location for me. I tried to place an online order for pickup only to receive a message to say something was currently wrong with their website ordering. So i called. No answer. I called a total of 5 times and on the 5th try someone picked up. I let her know about the issues on their site and that i wanted to place an order for pickup. My family was in a rush for dinner on this day thus why i wanted to pre order and pickup. I get to the location and its a ghost town. Not one car and nobody is in the restaurant. I get told my order doesnt exist and that its going to take 15 20 min! There were a total of 4 employees when i walked in and not one of them was busy. The restaurant looked filthy (floor, tables etc and flies everywhere) Not only did i wait 20 mins for my order that i pre-ordered, they did absolutely nothing for me except give me excuses about someone being on a break when i called. Seriously, do better ppl. Not worth it
