- JSJim Smith2 days ago1.0Absolutely worst Kelsey's I have EVER been to. Will never go back. We where there with family to celebrate 3 birthdays. First we got there for 5:00 and when we ordered the drinks, they were wrong. Then 2 of us wanted to order the Ribs and Wings meal. They were out of Ribs. Really?? It's 5:00 o'clock. That is poor management. Ok So I order the bacon cheese burger with onions and lettuce. Got a big old slice of tomato on it, not a meal killer but it's not what I ordered. Fries were cold. With no ribs, my brother in law opted for the fajitas, and their fajitas were literally KABOBS on a skewer. Then the bills came, 3 for 6 people, and not one of them was correct. And it took them nearly 20 minutes to sort it out. Eventually got that sorted out and all we got was "So sorry for this!" from the manager. Nothing from the server. Really poor service, poor management, poor structure and to top it off the music was SO LOUD we could barely hear each other from across the table and we were shouting by the end.. If you want a good experience...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CAN'T GIVE ZERO STARS BUT THAT IS WHAT THEY DESERVED.

It took several minutes to be seated, another to get the menu, and even longer to order and receive food. The food didn't meet expectations, the ribs tasted like grocery-bought, and the coleslaw felt like it came straight from a bag. Understandably, they were understaffed, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Kelsey's.

From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. He knew the menu really well and gave great recommendations that turned out to be delicious. Our drinks were always full, and he checked in just the right amount—never intrusive, but always there when we needed something. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Jacob made our meal so much more enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of him!
