  The place is packed, unattended kids running all over the place, throwing footballs in the dining area with staff not doing anything about it. I ordered a steak medium rare, it was barely seared and tasted mediocre at best. The steak came served on a pasta bowl (?? Who serves steak on a pasta dish???), with a lump of greasy fries and a single spoonful of mashed potato. The Spinach dip tasted store bought, heated in a microwave. The dining room needs a serious cleaning, with layers of dust on every surface you look at. The game room is packed with games that are all half working, with 20-30% out of order all together. Most of the games that require items to throw (balls, sacks, etc) are missing said items. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location, but if you do… be prepared for disappointment.

  Saturday night. Mid November. Dark. Cold. Kids already bored with being stuck at home and it's not even Chriatmas break.... so decided to take them to Dave And Busters for a later afternoon/early dinner outting. Not a regular destination for us, but it's been on the wish list for a while, and I get mad Mom Points for following through on promises👍 Kids, ranging in age from 9 to 14 are the perfect age to run around by themselves while I got to sit, have a drink, and catch up on my social media👍 My waiter Anthony wae fantastic. And while I wasn't sure if I wanted to splurge for dinner, as well as the game tickets, Anthony told me about the new shareable platters on the menu, which come with Hamburger sliders, Pretzel wrapped Sausage rolls, and wings. 2 platters was the perfect amount to feed hungry tweens 😋👌 And the cost was much more reasonable than I anticipated 👍 If I had to nitpick at one thing about the experience, it would be that the prizes in the store are weighted heavily on either lower or higher points... But few options for mid range winners. Overall, was a great Saturday night out for me and the kids 👍 Maybe next time I'll drag my husband along 😜

  I had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was energetic and fun, with plenty of games, great food, and an all-around welcoming vibe. What really made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Johnson. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. He checked in often without being intrusive, made great menu recommendations, and ensured our food and drinks came out just the way we wanted. It’s not every day you get a server who balances professionalism and personality so well. The food was delicious, the games were a blast, and the service—especially thanks to Johnson—made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun night out!

  Amazing experience at Dave and Busters. Definitely recommend going on a Thursday @ 7 to play trivia. We went for a company event, ate food, played trivia and enjoyed the arcade. The trivia host made it a fun experience, our servers were very personable, giving great jokes and even better service. Food was great and not too pricey especially if you buy the play and eat bundle. Definitely recommend taking that route if you plan on hosting parties or company events. The arcade itself has a great selection of games to play. All round great experience, highly recommend.

  My experience was perfect, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!! my girlfriend and I came to Dave & Buster’s to play a few games and eat and our server Anthony went above and beyond helping us with our questions on how things operated as it was a while since we were last here. His service was beyond amazing and it made my night!!! The food my girlfriend and I got was Dave’s double cheeseburger and I enjoyed it so much that I finished it within minutes. Now we get to enjoy the rest of our visit playing some games, I’m so excited!!! Thank you so much again Anthony for all your help and superior customer service! Dave and Busters is very lucky to have you!
