    I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had yesterday was extremely disappointing. The way I was spoken to by the front desk/hostess was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. It was my first time visiting. I planned to stop by after confirming online that the establishment was open until midnight. When I arrived and asked if they were still open, I was initially told “no” in a dismissive tone. I mentioned that online it stated they were open until midnight, and the response was, “Yes, we are open until midnight, but we will not serve you. You can come in and sit down, but we will not serve you.” I have never experienced anything like that before. If a business is no longer serving customers close to closing time, there are many polite and professional ways to communicate that. Instead, the interaction felt intentionally unwelcoming and unnecessarily sharp. It genuinely felt as though the staff member disliked her job. Her tone and manner came across as passive-aggressive, as if my simple question was an inconvenience. I did not want to escalate the situation or add to what appeared to be her frustration, so I chose to leave rather than continue an uncomfortable exchange. As a first-time visitor, this immediately left a negative impression. I ultimately left, called an Uber in the cold, and went elsewhere where I was treated with basic courtesy. No customer should feel unwelcome for asking a reasonable question about operating hours. There are many ways this situation could have been handled professionally. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. I will not be returning.

    The experience at the front desk was honestly disappointing. The staff there were not helpful at all and barely answered our questions. It felt like we were inconveniencing her just by asking for clarification, and there was no effort to be welcoming or informative. That being said, if it wasn’t for our server Anthony, we probably would have left with a bad taste in our mouth. Anthony completely turned the experience around. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to actually explain the menu and answer our questions properly. You can tell he cares about customer service and making sure guests feel comfortable. Huge thank you to Anthony for saving the night. Dave & Buster’s should make sure their front desk staff are trained to provide the same level of service.

    Used to come here all the time with family and to celebrate birthdays. Decided to visit with my partner for a date night, just to find the place had significantly declined in quality. We ate dinner and bought the food & game credits deal, however our food was brought to us cold. The menu has changed, and I'm sad to say that some of their best menu items have changed for the worst and are not the same quality. We proceeded to head to the Arcade after eating our food, only to find majority of the games were either completely shut down or broken. A lot of games have moved around, been removed/changed, and just left to sit unusable. Tapped our card on various games just to not even get to play them, using up our credits on absolutely nothing. It's unfortunate to see a good Arcade and fun spot decline over the course of the last couple years. Was hoping the new 'half credit games' promo was a fun incentive to go, but seems like a desperate attempt to keep the business afloat. Staff were pleasant to talk to and helpful. Wish I could say I'm eager to go back, but I'm quite dissapointed.

    We celebrated my brother’s 12th birthday here and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The package we chose was such a great deal — there was plenty of food, and even after two hours of playing, the kids still had lots of credits left on their cards. The food was fresh, hot, and crispy — both the kids’ meals and the chicken platter for the adults. It was beautifully presented and even came with fresh, nicely arranged seasonal fruit. Our table setup was excellent, and the staff were very helpful from the beginning. They guided us through everything, explained how it would work, and let us know the perfect time to serve the food. We brought our own cake and some decorations, and the staff were friendly and accommodating in helping us set everything up. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, I don’t remember our server’s name (it started with a P and ended with an H — tall and handsome), but he was outstanding. He was always smiling, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the event. There was also a huge variety of games for the kids to enjoy — so many options that everyone found something they loved. Overall, we are extremely happy we chose this place to celebrate. We would definitely recommend it to others!

    We are extremely disappointed with our experience today at Dave & Buster’s on Family Day. Three families came to celebrate together and purchased the dinner package that included 90 minutes of gameplay. After only about 15–20 minutes of playing, the power went out. It took at least 30 minutes to restore service, yet our game time continued running as if nothing had happened. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were initially offered only 40 coins as compensation, which was completely disproportionate considering we lost the majority of our gameplay time (approximately 60–70 minutes). After insisting, we were told our 90 minutes would be fully restored. However, this was never properly resolved — and to make matters worse, the power went out again. We are still waiting for a clear solution, and the staff at the Win area have no answers or authority to resolve the issue. Family Day is meant to be special, and we chose Dave & Buster’s to do something different with our children. Unfortunately, the experience was poorly managed and has been extremely frustrating. We understand that power outages can happen. What is unacceptable is the lack of proper time adjustment, accountability, and customer service afterward. We hope management takes this seriously and provides an appropriate resolution.
