  Same complaint as some of the rest. Protein portions are horrible. The owner of this establishment seems really cheap. Perhaps the owner should actually address people’s concerns instead of forwarding everyone over to chipotles website. I understand your location is good and you will be busy no matter what, but if you weren’t so cheap you would probably make more money.

  Chipotle is usually a solid choice the food is good, no complaints there. But the workers at this location? Lol… questionable. They’re so stingy with the portions, and when you ask for a little more, they act like you just asked them to sacrifice a child. If you can, I’d honestly recommend going to a different location 😊

  I’m a regular customer at chipotle on major Mac and Jane. On my days when I can’t cook and need the calories for the gym, it’s a great hack. Every time I come in to the store, Monique is always in a positive mood and will help with any issue with an order. She’s super friendly and definitely knows how to treat her customers with respect. I believe sometimes the staff are overworked, and it’s overlooked from the consumers POV. Great work guys.

  Honestly the customer service here was just horrible. The lady serving me the bowl looked lifeless sorry to say. Did not greet me, did not say a simple you’re welcome after a simple thanks from my side. This level of customer service makes you not want to visit a chipotle ever again. Food which is nothing special could have tasted better if the whole experience was more pleasant. Treat your customers better and do better in general chipotle.

  This location is very cheap with their chicken. I come here daily. Just to make sure I understand if it’s a per employee thing, or if it’s being instructed by management. They pretend it’s an employee thing in person, but do not get it very confused. This is a instructed management thing. When you pay for double chicken, they will give you 1.5 times the amount of chicken instead. Do not come to this location. On top of the cheapness, the employees are not friendly. No one smiles, there’s no conversation outside of “what do you want? “. They are all mindless food, making zombies. Gigantic fan of chipotle as a brand, but this specific location sucks.
