  I don’t know how you mess up a bowl this badly in an empty mall, but this location finds a way every time. Asked for one scoop of rice, got three. Asked for double chicken, got what looked like half a portion. Tell me why this individual scoops the chicken then shakes half of it out? I understand giving an even scoop and portioning it out. But that’s not what happened. And judging by other reviews, this is a regular occurrence. They have no problem aggressively pushing their queso. By the time we got to toppings, the bowl was basically a rice container with no room left for salsa or veggies. What am I supposed to do, eat seasoned rice soup? I used to work at a fast food spot, so I get how busy shifts can be…but this place just opened, the mall was empty, and I was the only one in line at noon. Somehow I was still rushed. And the chicken? Dry. At lunch. How? Tried to pay cash and the guy just pointed at the machine. Had to repeat myself and literally hold up a $50 bill before he acknowledged it. I’ve given this location a shot once a year and it disappoints me every time. There’s a much better branch near Jane, I’d recommend going there instead. Do better.

  Went to Chipotle today with my family and the mall was crazy busy. The line looked long at first, but it kept moving and I didn’t end up waiting that long at all. I got a chicken bowl and the portion size was actually better than some other locations I’ve tried. They didn’t go light on the chicken or toppings, which I appreciated. Everything tasted fresh and well made.

  I am a big fan of Chipotle but not the service at the location. The staff are rude, don't care about customer service, and have zero awareness. When they miss one of the toppings and you ask again, they give you a side eye rather than apologize. They also seem to skimp out on the portions here. Yesterday when I went (on a weekday afternoon), there were only one customer in front of me, but they were taking a long time ordering - I waited for nearly five minutes, and nobody was behind me in line. There were staff doing nothing that could have helped make my order, and yet instead they were just socializing. On top of that, after that customer was done ordering, rather than helping me they just ignored me and made the online orders instead. When it got to me, they didn't apologize or acknowledge the wait. They gave smaller portions of nearly everything (even rice and beans) compared to another location - definitely not worth $15. I don't know if the girl who made my bowl was new or something. The bowl was not even filled. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I will be avoiding this location in the future. Somehow they give more on their busiest hours over their quietest, and they seem to only have a sense of urgency then, so I guess only really come here if there's a line and avoid it if there isn't.

  Very disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed to be making up their own rules, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. I was in a rush, and instead of helping, they completely wasted my time. On top of that, the corn was literally frozen, which is unacceptable for a place that claims to use fresh ingredients. The service was slow, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Overall, poor food quality and even worse service. This location sucks.
