I was eating my food in their parking lot when I realized the sandwich was only crispy on the outside but inside was completely raw. I hadn’t left the parking lot yet so I drove back through the drive though & returned it to them, the 3 workers who saw it were also shocked. The owner was so apathetic, pennypincher & doesn’t care about his customers health & that they are getting sick, he said bring in your receipt & I can make you a new sandwich, what a joke (plus now BK blocked me for using my app???) L. He should be stripped of his ownership! Burger King as a whole & their BK support are also ruthless. This is a very serious matter of serving raw chicken & getting people very ill, they offer me a $15 support. Then, they doubled it after awhile but I informed then I was sick for 2 days & that’s all you & the owner can offer? Then they deleted my app account, saying you can’t contact us anymore, so disappointed, mad & confused by this horrible experience. I wish someone could help with this as I have been a customer for 30 years & this is how they treat us.

I spent way too much time waiting for what should be a "fast food" order. When I finally got my food, it wasn't even worth the wait. All 16 pieces of the chicken nuggets were hard, dry, and cold—it felt like they had been sitting out since high school. Honestly, the quality was terrible and they were barely edible. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the restaurant itself was actually clean and well-maintained. If it weren't for the cleanliness of the dining area, I would have given them zero stars if that were an option. I won't be coming back to this location. If you’re hungry, you’re better off going somewhere else where the food is actually fresh.
