  I was in the drive-thru with my kids when I noticed a lady in the pantry working without gloves, with long polished nails. Her mask was pulled down to her chin, and she kept touching it before handling the burgers—eeeww! Sorry, but that’s just not okay. When I brought it up to the manager, they said she’s allergic to gloves but sanitizes instead. My main concern is food safety, especially following Ontario’s food handling regulations. If they were properly enforcing the rules, employees wouldn’t be allowed to have long nails, polish, or jewelry while handling food. This is really concerning and could lead to serious health risks.

  This is a restaurant that I have visited numerous times but had an encounter which was positively unusual with an employee by the name of Raman. She made me feel welcomed from my entry then she took my order and allowed me to make up my mind even though I was not so decisive. She was not the one to make the food but she also took it and presented it to me but overall the way she spoke to me and dealt with me made me feel like I could never stopped coming to the store. I want to commend her and I would love for the rest of stuff to be like her she is a great individual and addition to your business. I bought food for takeout but she made me feel like dining in after the encounter with her but I was in a hurry and could not stay

  Saturday, February 7, 2026 We had the BEST visit at this location today!! We usually pop in for a quick lunch. Today, tried breakfast for the first time. It was GREAT!! Sandwich was delicious (would have been Sigma if it had cheese included). Beverages were fresh hot. The potato hash browns (tots) were hot and crispy and yummy!! Most importantly.. the service was top notch!! Ms Raman was serving the counter AND Drive Through window AND doing stuff in the back kitchen. All while being sincerely nice and professionally friendly. That is boss level, literally. Ms Raman made the visit much more enjoyable than usual. There was a friendly welcoming feel. It gave the restaurant a warm feeling. Thank you Burger King for having family friendly food and prices. And thank you Ms Raman for raising the bar of excellence and bringing Happiness back to being in public!!

  I’ve been to many Burger King locations, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The manager here has a complete lack of customer service skills and a terrible attitude. To start, when I was asked if I wanted cheese on my Whopper, the staff failed to mention it was a $1.00 extra charge. Asking for an add-on without disclosing the price is deceptive and sneaky. To top it off, when the food was ready, the manager literally threw my order onto the counter with zero respect. No "thank you," no "have a nice day," just pure hostility. If you’re looking for a meal where you’re treated like a nuisance and nickeled-and-dimed behind your back, this is the place. Otherwise, stay away. This management needs a serious reality check on how to treat paying customers. Manager Description: > The individual in question was a tan/brown male wearing a black shirt. He is easily identifiable by his hair (resembling a licked lollipop that had been dropped on a barbershop floor).

  I had to write a review regarding two bad experiences. First I visited today afternoon around 3pm and half of the chicken nuggets were good but other half are not fresh. It was like coocked so long and colour also very different. Second is last Sunday at around 7pm I visited the drivethrou and ordered a whopper only ketchup and mayonnaise. but I got regular whopper. When I informed the employee from the window, she told I had ordered a regular wopper. she then closed the drivethrou window loudly while I was speaking. The name on the badge someone starts with T and I already complained through the burgerking app. Overall I'm disappointed with the level of customer service.
