    Someone needs to train these employees on how to make the food according to company policy. Also how to prepare and store the ingredients according to company policy. They are making the food their way, not the mucho burrito way. Giving the business a bad name.

    Ordered a taco trio and was very disappointed. The chicken was cold and bland, and there was a bug on the lettuce. When I told the cashier, she offered a refund only for the one taco with a bug on it. Additionally, this was the only thing I had eaten and got sick a few hours later.

    I ordered a bowl to share with someone at Mucho Burrito, but unfortunately, the rice was in bad condition — it had a strange taste and texture. We spoke with the staff, and the lady acknowledged that we were right, yet she said they couldn’t issue a refund. I expected better customer service from this place. Very disappointing experience. And the worst they talked their language without respect. So bad when you choose this restaurant to enjoy with your family
