  Dave & Buster’s is a fun place for a family outing, especially if you have kids. My kids really enjoy coming here because there are lots of arcade games and plenty to keep them entertained for hours. The food is okay—not amazing, but good enough for a casual meal while you’re there. I do wish the washrooms were a little cleaner, as that could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s still a good spot to relax, have some laughs, and spend quality time with the family.

  I would like to take this opportunity to recognize EMILY the event coordinator at the Toronto location for her outstanding customer service and support. She has made my son‘s party Planning a smooth ride. From her understanding of our budget, to her knowledge of D&B and going above and beyond for us. Corporate if you’re reading this review, please take the time to recognize Emily and her customer service skills. I will be recommending to all the moms of how awesome she is and has worked for us. It’s important to recognize her work and dedication to making this party so easy to plan. She’s outstanding, so kind and patient.

  Why are your payment terminals calculating tip on the POST-TAX total? Is it good good business practice to expect customers tip on the HST? Do you remit these additional funds to the government? What you're doing is deceptive and a shady tactic to swindle more money out of your customers by inflating the cost of service and misrepresenting the tip calculations. Check your receipts everyone! and perform your own calculations if you decide to frequent this dishonest establishment.

  Absolutely appalled with our experience at Dave & Buster’s today. The service was shockingly poor from the moment we sat down. We waited 20 minutes at our table before anyone even came over — no greeting, no water, no acknowledgment at all. We eventually had to ask someone who our server even was, which is honestly ridiculous. I had two children with me, so being left sitting there that long without basic service was especially unacceptable. The food was no better. The nachos were awful — bland, sloppy, and honestly looked like they were just thrown together with no care whatsoever. The lettuce on top was wilted, which made the whole plate look unappetizing and low quality. It looked like someone dumped random toppings on it and sent it out. For a place like Dave & Buster’s, where families come expecting decent service and food, this was a huge disappointment. Between being ignored for 20 minutes and being served food that looked and tasted like an afterthought, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely not the standard I expected, and not an experience I’d be eager to repeat.

  Sooooo disappointed with D&B. We had made a reservation at the restaurant, and after sitting down we were consistently ignored to the point my sister had to ask for service. After being given another waitress, it took over ten minutes to get water. Over 15 minutes to get drinks... To which I was told they couldn't do mine, so I had to wait again. When they brought the food out, I tried asking for sauce, but the server just turned her back on me and walked away. Our new waitress who had been trying to rectify our experience obviously saw my gigantic eye roll as she came rushing over to see what I needed. The food wasn't worth the money. My chicken burger had guacamole that had obviously been sitting out, same with the nachos, the fries were so salty I couldn't eat them, the fish and chips extremely processed looking and incredibly greasy and we weren't offered to see a dessert menu. The games were okay. Toilets dirty and the place was overrun with children. I thought the point was to have a place for adults to enjoy themselves... Very different experience to when I went in the early 2000s. Gone downhill massively which is a shame. I won't be going back.
