Ok so I ordered crispy chicken combo with hot tea with 2 sugar, lady asked me twice how I want my tea.. the guy that gave me the tea told me : here your tea with 2 SUGAR.. in fact NO SUGAR at all! What is meant? That all workers is liars that dont know how to serve customers. And the FRIES!!! I never seen fries like that in burger king, is was more like fries from wendys that small thin and overcooked. The SANDWICH WAS also disaster . MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN IN FAST FOOD. Just WOW IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW BAD IS SERICE THERE.

So I ordered a Quarter Pounder and I find that the beef patty is not as properly cooked compared to other BK that I've ever been in. The service is okay, theres no menu selection screen so if you want additional stuff like veggies they're going to charge extra fee for it which I find very unfair, the BK near YorkU has the option where you can make the onions and pickles extra without paying extra fee. I will not be going back to this BK.

However, the employee working that morning went above and beyond to make the visit special for our two-year-old—thank you! In terms of food, the little hash browns were great, but the egg muffin was bland.
