- SSShaun3 days ago1.0My cousin and I decided to take our kids ( my 2 plus her one) for a late lunch before my cousin had to go to work. We went through the drive through and the lady who was working the drive through today around 330pm ( Friday January 9th) completely messed up both our orders. Its 100% obvious that english isnt her first language and repetitively asked me questions about our order. She over charged my cousin for an extra item my cousin didn't even order ( which we didnt catch right away) she also didnt even charge me for my food, but was quick to mess up my 10 yr old daughters food. Im highly disappointed in this location, if someone's first language isnt English they shouldn't be working the drive through. I seen that they upgraded their speaker ( which is great) but if the person also working drive through cant understand or let alone hear what is being ordered, then the manager needs to fix the issues.
