    Sudbury has no grill & chill in the city. DQ grill & chill burger is different then a mackers or BK. Don't skip out on the grill, the burgers be great!!!!

    The food is very hit and miss but can be very good if they take their time. The staff are very busy and are not the politest but the atmosphere is amazing with the classic dairy queen colours and the outdoor seating is awesome on a warm/hot, breezy, summer day. I would recommend the one on Kingsway even though its only drive-through.

    We went to this DQ for a late supper, July 20th. On Google, the hours say open until 11pm. When you drive up to the store, there's a huge sign out front that says open until 11pm. So when we showed up shortly before 10pm, we were pretty appalled by the staffs attitude. They were clearly cleaning up for the night, and hey, I work in a kitchen from open till close, so I get it. But they were open for 1 more hour and acted incredibly passive aggressive. One kid told us to move more than once so he could mop around us, everyone behind the counter giving dirty looks. Another kid, wanted to know "when we were leaving" while we were waiting for our take out order. The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant before. And it's not like we ordered a crazy amount of food, 2 combos, that's it. Do better guys. Maybe hire some adults to run the place, because your closing crew of teenage boys is terrible. I definitely won't be coming there after work anymore.
