  That was THE worst food I had ever seen! I get the quesadillas all the time from Swiss Chalet but this was horrendous. The outer layer was burnt and crispy, the meat inside was old and so covered in spice that we couldn’t even eat them. One spec of something that resembled cheese and absolutely nothing else in them. The service was good but the food was absolutely appalling. Please do better Uxbridge Swiss Chalet money isn’t easy to come by these days and we trusted you.

  Great service by our waitress jash. Chicken and ribs are delicious and tender. Would definitely come back. Our food came out super quick and hot.

  Just wanted to share....we stopped here during a road trip yesterday. We were seated pretty quickly, lots of seating as it was not busy at the time. I ordered an open face chicken sandwich. We waited a bit for our food as there was only one waitress on the floor at the time. When our food finally came both our meals were cold, we told the waitress & she apologized and said she would have them both redone. Waited longer this time, it was hot when arrived as I started to cut my chicken I noticed a lot of red in one portion of the breast...it was not cooked all the way through! When we told the waitress she offered to bring me another chicken breast. At this point I did not want anything else. She said she would speak to her Manager & I was offered a free dessert. So very disappointed in the whole experience. If your eating the chicken here make sure your checking it!
