My son also had the festive special and again the dressing was missing! I do not believe we have ever gotten a complete meal that we have paid for! They do not answer the phone so, to complain, you must go into the restaurant! A 10 KM drive! Annoyed! Will they ever get it correct?

When I got home with our dinner it was hot and delicious. It's been years since I'd eaten Swiss Chalet and I have to say it tasted just as I remembered....great!

It was completely hollow and still would not break it was stale and hard. Service was very slow as it always is at the Uxbridge location.
